Coaches / Locations
Our coaching staff is made up of current and former college athletes who are all Alphas in their own right. Our coaches are role models who are excited to give young female athletes a head start and foundational understanding of the importance of a strength, agility, and conditioning program for injury prevention and maximizing their athletic ability.
Ridgefield offers 1 hour classes from 6 - 7 pm
